Refund Policy

If you receive a defective or incorrect part, contact us before returning it to us within 15 days at 260-301-2424. 


When calling, please be prepared to provide the following information:

  • Your name, company, telephone, and email address.

  • Parts to be returned, and reason for return

  • Invoice Number


The shipping charges on all returns must be prepaid. We do not accept any C.O.D.’s. After we inspect the parts, you will be reimbursed for the ground shipping charges if the fault is with Redbird Speed LLC. If it is determined that Redbird Speed LLC is not at fault, you may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. This is at the discretion of the manufacturer. 

Product is subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be new (unused), in its original packaging and in salable condition. Axles cannot be installed or modified. Studs cannot be installed. Custom axles are not returnable. Rear ends cannot be installed or used. Custom rear end may not be returnable. This is at the discretion of the manufacturer. Suspension components cannot be installed. 

Returns that do not meet stated guidelines will either be denied or will incur an additional fee.

  • Housings, axles, brake kits, center sections that are custom built per order and are NOT returnable.

  • Any nonstandard finishes are NOT returnable (this covers, but is not limited to powder coat finishes, logo colors, rotor finishes etc.).

  • Returns will be accepted due to defective items (after Redbird Speed deems them defective), or miss-shipped items.

  • Any part that shows evidence of being used, installed, handled, packaged, or shipped improperly

  • Any parts that have been mounted

Redbird Speed does not take responsibility for wheel fitment.  All brake systems should be verified for wheel fitment before purchase! Redbird Speed will not accept returns of any brake systems due to wheel fitment issues.

No returns will be accepted for discontinued product.
